A striking collection of 40 color and 23 black and white images of artists like Willem de Kooning, Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Ellsworth Kelly, Philip Guston, Helen Frankenthaler, and others. A fine copy in a very near fine dust jacket. Signed and inscribed on the half title page: "For John Loengard, with my fond regard and all good wishes, admiration to infinity! Dan Budnick October 2008." Also includes a handwritten letter from Budnick presenting the book as well. The recipient was long time picture editor and photographer at Life Magazine. A nice association copy of a book that is uncommon signed.
