Hardcover. Condición: Fine. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Fine. Potter, Beatrix Ilustrador. 2nd Edition. This beautifully illustrated hardback was published in this revised edition (i.e. the Second Edition) by Frederick Warne in 1972, while the first edition was first published in 1955. The condition of both book and dust-jacket is 'Fine'. The book will be sent to you with the original slip case which apart from two mended tears on the spine is in 'Near Fine' condition. The book starts with an Appreciation by Anne Carroll Moore who points out that by selection and skillful arrangement of the pictures, using unpublished sources as well as original drawings, a new dimension has been given to the work of Beatrix Potter. The size of the book in inches is: 9.25 x 7.1. Numbered pages run to 406, with almost the last 200 pages handed over for illustrations. As with all our sales of books within the UK, we only ever charge a flat standard delivery cost of £3.35.
