Henry Engler is a member of Reuters Strategic Planning Group in London. He was previously a journalist for Reuters, covering financial markets and economic developments in New York, Brussels and London. Prior to joining Reuters he was an economist with Chemical Bank in New York, specialising in US monetary and fiscal affairs.
