Many of her prayers in this book spring from personal experience with her beloved dog, Pip, who was diagnosed with heart disease in 2012 and died a few months before the publication of this book in 2015. Donna Rae Yuritic is a certified and ordained animal chaplain, graduate of Emerson Theological Institute in 2005. Her animal ministry at www.
