Dr. Edward Shelton is a powerful voice in the dialogue in leadership, behavior, and culture. He developed his philosophy of transformational leadership development methods as an infantry major with assignments in Panama and as a second lieutenant on the Korean DMZ, as assistant professor at Penn State University, and as part of Saudi Aramco Oil Company.
