Only that was just the tip of the iceberg. My entire life changed. I survived yes, but the pain of it all appeared to be unbearable. The journey back to health became intertwined with the road to defining and reconstructing my individuality. Once reborn, the true test came, life itself.... In the memoir of "The Rebirth of my Soul," Series Author Aija M. Butler shared the trials and tribulations of healing and recovery. During this journey, she realized that sharing her stories of rehabilitation after her illness, helped to inspire and motivate others. Thomas this grassroots organization partnered with Alissa Jones and her project Survivors with Voices, together they have developed not only a voice but a resounding roar, in inviting women to share their voices of healing, survival, and restoration.
