Reseña del editor:
In HAIG'S COMMAND, Denis Winter launches the most devastating attack on official versions of the conduct of the Great War. 'He does so on the basis of fresh evidence ... By using Australian and Canadian archives, together with a very thorough trawl through the private papers now accessible, Mr Winter has been able to fill many gaps ... It is not too much to say that his work is as important to our interpretation of the First World War as the unveiling of the Ultra secret was for the second'. Professor Sir Michael Howard in the LONDON REVIEW OF BOOKS
